The Boba Mahjong Grande campaign has officially come to an end, and I want to start with a huge thank you to every single one of you who backed, shared, commented, and followed along.

Running a crowdfunding campaign in December, especially during the holidays, is honestly one of the most challenging times of the year. It’s traditionally one of the least favorable months for crowdfunding, so your decision to support us during this time truly means a lot. Thank you for being part of our three-week campaign in December. Your encouragement and trust made all the difference.

🗂️ What’s Next?

📦 Pledge Manager (BackerKit)

We’ll begin preparing the pledge manager on BackerKit in early January.
It should be ready for you in February or March, where you’ll be able to:

• Confirm your address
• Select add-ons
• Finalize any remaining choices

You’ll receive an email when it’s ready. No action needed until then.

🎨 Art, Design & Production Timeline

Now that the campaign is complete, we’ll move into the next phase:

🎨 Finalize artwork and fine-tune graphic design. As always, we aim to make the final product even better than what you saw during the campaign. At the very least… we’ll try our absolute best. 😄

🏭 Production. Once final quantities are confirmed, we expect to begin production around April–May.

🚚 Fulfillment. Current estimate for fulfillment is July.

Based on our two fulfillment projects completed in 2025, even in today’s chaotic global environment, we were able to deliver successfully. With that experience behind us, we’re confident we can deliver Boba Mahjong Grande on time in 2026.

🎨 Playmat Update — Second Playmat Color Draft Complete!

Our amazing artist Holly Chiu has just finished the color draft for the second Boba Mahjong playmat, and it’s looking absolutely lovely. Thank you all so much for the thoughtful feedback that helped shape this version. Holly is now moving toward finalizing the artwork.

We’d love your input on one more thing:

Pricing & Shipping Clarification for the All-In Pledge

Hi everyone,

While working on the campaign today, I realized there were a couple of mistakes related to the All-In pledge, and I want to clarify everything clearly and transparently.

👜 Tote Bag Included by Mistake (But You Keep It!)

In the original plan, the All-In pledge was not intended to include the tote bag, and it’s not listed in the page description. However, due to a setup error, the tote bag item was added to the pledge.

At this point, we’re leaving it as-is, which means the All-In pledge now comes out to about 35% off the retail value. Think of it as a happy accident and a thank-you for your strong support. 😊

🚚 Shipping Adjustment for All-In Add-On

I also noticed an error in the shipping cost for the All-In add-on. It was previously listed as $8 for the US and many other countries, but the correct amount should be $4.

This has been updated on the campaign page. If you’ve already pledged for the All-In as an add-on, no worries at all. I’ll make sure shipping is set correctly in the pledge manager before anything is charged.
